Stephen Cheng, Director, has been active as a real estate consultant and valuation professional since 2009. Mr. Cheng has expertise in the valuation and analysis of various types of commercial real estate, including land, industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use properties.
Prior to becoming a Director at NPV Advisors, Mr. Cheng was a Valuation Specialist at Colliers International where he provided valuation services on many property types, specializing in large scale retail projects.
