Seán O’ Brien, a Senior Associate with National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc., has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2014 and currently provides valuation services to a variety of institutional clients.
Mr. O’ Brien has become skilled in the extensive analysis of leases and financial statements, performing in depth market research, the development of client/project specific templates, and due diligence assignments. Mr. O’ Brien also has extensive experience in the development of complex valuation models utilizing real estate modeling software. During his tenure, he has worked with a range of institutional and non-institutional clients on a wide variety of properties in terms of both spectrum of asset types, including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily uses, and complexity of asset, ranging from triple-net retail properties to Class A+ trophy assets and global headquarters.
