Jim Boren, Senior Associate, began at NPV Advisors in February 2013. At NPV Advisors, Mr. Boren values many property types including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family for large investment and corporate entities as well as lending institutions.
Prior to joining NPV Advisors, Mr. Boren worked as an assistant appraiser for Greystone Valuation Services. Prior to working in the appraisal field, he worked as an accountant for a commercial real estate data company.
