Don Guarino, MAI, CRE, CCIM, FRICS is currently a Principal with NPV Advisors in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining NPV Advisors, Don spent 19 years as the Vice President of Valuation and Research at Aegon USA Realty Advisors, LLC. In this role he was responsible for the management and oversight of the mortgage loan analysts, appraisers, and applied research group. Don also served as Aegon’s Director of Applied Research, providing timely reports for the Aegon mortgage loan portfolio and monitoring material changes in the portfolios composition and allocation from a geographic and credit perspective. Prior to joining Aegon, Don was a Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant for Bank of America in Los Angeles, California and Houston, Texas. Don received his BS in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Houston.
