Ann C. Fortner is the Managing Director at National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc. She provides real estate consultancy services with in-depth, client-tailored market research and analyses for retail, office, multifamily, industrial, and special-use properties nationwide. Ms. Fortner also oversees NPV Advisors’ national research initiatives by devising research methodology, developing products and client-specific templates, and implementing quality-control protocols.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Fortner was the founding member of NPV Advisors’ Research Group and managed research operations as Director of Research in the Chicago office. She has extensive experience in analyzing data and providing investors with actionable market insights for all types of commercial real estate assets. Since the Research Group’s founding in 2010, it has expanded companywide with a goal of providing consistent, high-quality market research for our valuation and consultancy clients.
