Rosalynn V. Jovanovich

Rosalynn V. Jovanovich, a Director with National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc., has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2005 and currently provides valuation services to a variety of institutional clients.  During her time with NPV Advisors, Ms. Jovanovich has gained extensive experience in the valuation of retail properties nationwide, including lifestyle centers, regional malls, power centers and large-scale shopping center redevelopments.  She also has extensive experience in the valuation of industrial properties nationwide.  She has worked with a range of institutional and non-institutional clients on a wide variety of other property types, including, among others, office, apartment, self-storage, hospitality and net-lease properties.  She has extensive experience in the development of complex valuation models utilizing ARGUS™ and DYNALEASE™ real estate modeling software.

Prior to joining NPV Advisors, Ms. Jovanovich was employed by Accenture, where she worked as a management consultant, providing services to numerous Fortune 500 clients in the Finance, High-Tech, and Telecommunication industries.  Her work included maximizing client return on technology investments, project management and implementation leadership.
